- Items with all tags and packaging intact
- Products free of damage or alterations

- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized/custom products
- Gift cards
- Opened fuel canisters
Return Process
- Initiate return through our online portal
- Print prepaid return label (U.S. only)
- Securely package items (original box recommended)
- Drop off at carrier location
Refund Processing
- 5-7 business days after receiving return
- Issued to original payment method
- Excludes original shipping costs
- 15% restocking fee for certain gear
Outdoor Equipment Conditions
- Tents: must include all poles/stakes
- Cookware: no signs of use or fire marks
- Apparel: unworn with tags attached
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive:
- A defective product
- Wrong item
- Missing parts

International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes duties/taxes
- Must include customs paperwork

Winter Gear Special Notes
- Seasonal items must be returned by January 31
- Used cleats/crampons not accepted
- Base layers must have hygiene seal intact
